How to make it
To make this drink, simply blend all the items together for 5 seconds.
- 2 teaspoons of heavy cream
- 10 to 20g of Peptan collagen peptides
- 1 scoop of cacao powder
- 2 teaspoons of maple syrup
- 1 mug of milk
The recent cacao craze is not without good reason. For one thing, this ingredient is full of fiber and potassium, which can promote healthy digestion .
