Ingredients (for 250g)
Gelatin leaves (2 ½ leaves)
Cold water (for swelling gelatin leaves) (1 bowl)
Peptan P Collagen Peptides (13g)
Lime juice (7.5g)
Strawberry syrup (60g)
- Soak the gelatin leaves in cold water in a separate bowl until they swell (this water is only used for swelling; it is not an ingredient)
- Dissolve the Peptan in water in a pan and whisk
- Add lime juice and strawberry syrup, then mix
- Heat the mixture in a pan on medium heat, then squeeze the water out of the gelatin leaves and add them into the solution while stirring. Mix until the gelatin leaves are dissolved. Be careful not to cook the gelatin leaves!
- Pour in cups and let it set in the fridge for 24 hours
